Another Year in the Books

Well, here I sit after another crossover. After another year of advancements, pinewood derby, blue and gold, hiking, camping and all the other wonderful things we do together. Here I sit, the crossover bridge stowed again until next year. It has been a great year. My final year with Den… many of whom have been with me since I took over the wolf Den years ago… How far they’ve come, and what a joy to see them cross over into their new boy scout troops. It was with a heavy heart that I watched the Scoutmasters take these boys that I’ve become so fond of these past years. They are all great young men and I wish them the best of luck in their new troops. I am honored to have been able to be a part of their early scouting experience.

I want to say thank you to all those that helped tonight, and throughout the year, and to all those that blessed me and my family with the kind words and gifts. God Bless you, and see you soon.
