Fall Campout is fast-approaching! Make sure and join us for what will be a great campout at Harmonie State Park! This year boys will have an opportunity to earn the Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award, by attending this campout and completing the activities.

A big thanks to the staff at Buffalo Trace Council for a fantastic Field Day. All our boys had a blast. And although we didn’t bring in the spirit stick this year, we all had fun, showed good spirit and sportsmanship, and we learned a thing or two.

Please arrive with your son by 12:30 at the Eykamp Scout Center.

Your son should be wearing his Class B T-shirt, a pair of long pants, and sneakers.

All parents are welcome to attend this event and travel with us to and from stations. If you are not planning on staying please return by 5:00 PM to pick up your son.

Reimbursements will be distributed on this day.

Please drop off your scouts in full Class A Uniform at the south corner of 6th Avenue and Franklin Street by 5:30 PM. The parade will begin moving at about 6:30. We will turn the corner north at St. Joseph. Plan to be there to pick up your son between Franklin and Delaware streets on St. Joseph Avenue.

All leaders should participate in Class A Uniform, and any parents that wish to join us in Class B shirts may do so as well.

If your child has the lantern he earned from Blitz day popcorn sales, please have batteries in it, and have him bring that. If you did not receive a lantern from popcorn sales, you may want to pick up a small battery powered lantern for your son. Please do not bring flashlights, or lanterns powered by any sort of fuel. If your child has his hiking stick, bring that too.
