Pack 371 participates in the National Summertime Pack activity program, whereby we hold one pack event each month of summer. Boys attending all three events will earn a special pin at the first pack meeting of the coming year. Dates and activities are set and are as follows Please mark your calendars:

Otters Baseball Game – Sunday June 12 at 1:00PM, Bosse Stadium, Class B Uniform. Meet at front gate at 12:30.
Drive in Movie - Saturday July 9, 7:55 PM, Holiday Drive In, Rockport Indiana. Details TBA.
Pack Picnic - Sunday August 14, 1:00 PM, Harmonie State Park, Details TBA.

As our Webelos II group exits for Boy Scouts we are left in need of some newer members of our group to step up and volunteer their services. We are always looking for committee members, and are in need of a new Treasurer, an Advancement Coordinator and Quartermaster for our unit. Please contact the cubmaster if you would like to help.

The planning meeting for the 2011-2012 pack year will be held on Thursday, July 28th at 6PM at WSCC. If you would like to be involved in the decision making process for choosing events and dates for our pack activities please attend.

We have a Pack Meeting this Saturday at 9:00 AM at WSCC. Please bring a canned good for your Tiger Food Drive and your final check for popcorn money which is due. Thank you for your hard work selling, Scouts!

On October 15 our Webelos II dens performed a community service project serving meals at the Dream Center. The Dream Center serves approximately 300 at-risk or low-income children, giving them food and a safe place to grow and learn. Click here for more information on the Dream Center.

Many of our Webelos 1 and some Webelos II are working hard this evening at the YMCA earning their Aquanaut Pin.  Congratulations to those boys working hard on their Webelos Advancement.  We hope you remember this when you go for Swimming Merit Badge in a few years!!

Sunday, the Webelos 1 Den completed a community service project at our Chartering Organization’s facility. Many of the hardworking kids and families in that den spent an evening pulling weeds, planting flowers, and spreading mulch in a landscaping area at the church that needed some TLC. Thank you to Aching Acres Landscaping for generously providing 3 yards of mulch for this project! Please check out the pictures!
