Popcorn Check in is Friday Night

SweetSavoryPackageAs popcorn sales come to a close our check-in for unsold popcorn is Friday, October 22 at West Side Christian Church. Bring in any unsold popcorn, and all your paperwork including order forms and show and deliver sheets. Check your email, you may have some documents that you need to bring that were emailed to you from store-front sales. If you are not sure exactly what time you are supposed to be there, contact your Den Kernel. Their phone number is on the front of the Red Folder you received at the beginning of the sale. Popcorn is almost Underway!

Our Popcorn at ARC Industries1 of 9 palletes of corn going into the truckThis morning we picked up 9 skids of popcorn totaling more than $38,000 worth of popcorn! I want to say thank you to everyone that showed up to help sort and organize our show and sell popcorn and a huge thank you to Paul and Kyle from Aramark for donating and driving the truck for us! Thank You! And a reminder to pack 371 families that Popcorn Pickup is Monday night between 6 and 8 PM.

Popcorn Pickup Monday September 21st

We have Popcorn! Thanks to Sherri, Suzy, Stephanie, Robb, Roger and Brady for helping organize our preorder popcorn this year. And a special thanks to Paul and Heath and Aramark Company for arranging our truck and pallette jacks.

Be sure and come to WSCC Monday September 21st to pickup your Popcorn Pre-order. And make sure you pay attention to the calendar for important popcorn dates coming up quickly!!

371 sets council popcorn sales record

For the third year in a row, we have set a new popcorn sales record for Buffalo Trace Council. This year our 62 boys sold a combined $45,525 in popcorn! Special thanks to our popcorn chair, Jacki B., all our den kernels, our parents and community supporters…and of courseour scouts and parents for this tremendous sale!
